The bar (10) has a fastening device (20) for fastening the bar to a masonry by an inclined fastening element (31). The fastening device has an adjustable spacer device (21) for adjusting a gap between the masonry and the bar. The spacer device is designed as a spacer element (22) and has an adjustable wedge device (24) for receiving force effect caused by the inclined fastening element. The wedge device has a fixed wedge element (32) and a movable wedge element (33) moved against each other.
