PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a belt-like rubber element B to be stably adhered only to a second roller 28 to improve operation efficiency.SOLUTION: At a supply start time of a belt-like rubber element B between a first, and a second rollers 27, 28, a starting end S of the belt-like rubber element B is made to coincide with a concave 43 formed in a circumference of the first roller 27, and thereby a starting end part of the belt-like rubber element B at a region overlapping with the concave 43 is out of contact with the first roller 27, and the contact area with the first roller 27 becomes smaller than that of the second roller 28 by the area of the overlapping region. In consequence, adherence force of the starting end part of the belt-like rubber element B with the first roller 27 becomes smaller than the adherence force with the second roller 28, and the starting end part of the belt-like rubber element B is departed from the first roller 27 and stably adhered only to a circumference of the second roller 28. |
