PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air cooling device of an engine which facilitates warming-up of the engine while cooling the intake air.SOLUTION: A first coolant circuit (31) circulates a coolant discharged from an engine (10) through a first intake air cooling device (71) to return the coolant to the engine (10). A second coolant circuit (32) circulates the coolant discharged from the engine (10) through the second intake air cooling device (72) to return the coolant to the engine (10). The intake air cooling device of the engine includes a heat exchanger (76) which conducts heat exchange between the coolant discharged from the engine (10) and moving to the first intake air cooling device (71) and the coolant discharged from the second intake air cooling device (72) and moving to the engine (10).
