PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which inhibits misalignment of a thermo-sensitive device and improves the productivity of the crystal oscillator.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator of the invention includes: a substrate 110a; a first frame body 110b provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110a; a second frame body 110c provided on a lower surface of the substrate 110a; a third frame body 110d which is provided along an outer edge of the second frame body 110c on a lower surface of the second frame body 110c so as to expose an inner edge of the second frame body 110c; a joining pad 115 which is provided on the exposed lower surface of the second frame body 110c; a crystal element 120 mounted in a region enclosed by the first frame body 110b and located on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a thermo-sensitive device 130 which is electrically joined to the joining pad 115 and is provided so as to be stored in a region enclosed by the second frame body 110c; and a lid 140 which is provided on the first frame body 110b and seals the crystal element 120 in an airtight manner. |
