PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information associated with described information at an easy-to-access position in communication service.SOLUTION: An information providing device includes: source information acquiring means of acquiring the whole or part of message data obtained by organizing a plurality of messages input by a plurality of users, in time-series order as source information; feature analyzing means of analyzing the source information acquired by the source information acquiring means and determining feature information indicating features of the source information; relative information acquiring means of obtaining relative information related to the feature information using the determined feature information; and relative information display instructing means of instructing user terminals of the users to display the relative information acquired by the relative information acquiring means simultaneously with the message data.
