The master station device 1 notifies, with regard to the uplink data for which the need for suppression of a delay fluctuation is low, each slave station device 2 of a permitted amount of transmission in a dynamic band allocation period in which a permitted amount of transmission is dynamically allocated for each slave station device 2 and for each allocation period on the basis of the requested amount of transmission notified from each slave station device 2, and notifies, with regard to the uplink data for which the need for suppression of a delay fluctuation is high, each slave station device 2 of a permitted amount of transmission in a discovery period in which an increase and decrease in the number of slave station devices 2 connected to the master station device 1 is periodically confirmed, on the basis of the requested amount of transmission notified from each slave station device 2.
