PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, a base station, a communication system, a reception control method, a transmission method and a program, capable of reducing power consumed in a beacon frame reception state.SOLUTION: The terminal device includes reception means for starting reception operation when receiving a beacon frame transmitted from the base station for managing radio communication, and for suspending reception operation on receiving the beacon frame, and for receiving a second beacon frame preferentially over a first beacon frame on determining that the second beacon frame can be received between the first beacon frame and the second beacon frame, having a higher transfer rate than the first beacon frame, transmitted as beacon frames, on the basis of a predetermined radio communication state. |
