PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide switch with a center push exhibiting excellent operational feeling, and ensuring reliable switch operation.SOLUTION: A slide switch SW with a center push includes a base 10, a central contact 21 and a plurality of peripheral contacts 23-28 arranged on the base, a top case 60 covering the base 10, a knob 90 protruding from the top case 60, a slider 70 movable in a target direction by operation of the knob 90, a guide 80 being fitted to a lower guide groove 12 on the base and an upper guide groove 73 on the bottom of the slider, a contact brush 50 having leaf spring pieces 51-54 with contacts moving together with the slider 70 and coming into contact with the peripheral contacts 23-28, a diaphram 30 arranged to face the central contact 21, and a plate 40 for bringing the diaphram 30 into contact with the central contact 21 by a protrusion 41 which presses the center of the diaphram 30 when depressing the knob 90. |
