PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase processing speed of an application in a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: In a mobile terminal 20, a communication state is measured and a throughput is predicted from the measured communication state by using a model created on the basis of information collected from the plurality of mobile terminals 20.
