PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device capable of reducing the arrangement area and the arrangement volume, by miniaturizing a cleaning device, by dispensing with a vertically moving mechanism of a cleaning object, for executing a plurality of kinds of cleaning works such as immersion cleaning, steam cleaning and drying on the cleaning object while arranging the cleaning object in a home position.SOLUTION: The immersion cleaning is executed by introducing a cleaning liquid 13 from a supply part 24 into an uncooled zone 11 of this cleaning object 4 by arranging the cleaning object 4 in the home position in the uncooled zone 11 in a cleaning tank 1. Next, the cleaning liquid 13 is discharged up to a position for covering a condensation part 8 with the cleaning liquid 13, and cleaning steam 7 is introduced into the uncooled zone 11, and steam cleaning of the cleaning object 4 is executed. Next, supply of the cleaning steam 7 is stopped, and the cleaning liquid 13 is discharged from the cleaning tank 1 until the condensation part 8 is exposed, and thereby, the cleaning steam is condensed and liquefied by the condensation part 8, and the cleaning object 4 is self-heated and dried by reducing steam pressure. |
