PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression device capable of properly suppressing vibration of a structure, downsizing the whole device, and reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: In a vibration suppression device, a first bearing member 2 has one end connected to a predetermined first portion R1 located in a first beam BD, which is one of a pair of beams, and located between a junction of one PL of a pair of columns and the first beam BD and a center between the pair of columns PL, PR. The first bearing member 2 extends obliquely from the first portion R1 toward a second beam BU which is the other of the pair of beams. A second bearing member 3 has one end connected to a predetermined second portion R2 located in a first beam BD and located between a junction of the other PR of the pair of columns and the first beam BD and a center between the pair of columns. The second bearing member 3 extends obliquely from the second portion R2 toward the second beam BU. The other end part of the second bearing member 3 is connected to the other end part of the first bearing member 2. Mass dampers 4, 5 have rotation masses 23, 33 respectively. One end parts of the mass dampers are connected to the second beam, and the other end parts thereof are connected to the other end parts of the first and second bearing members 2, 3, respectively. |
