PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reconstituting impurities included within a refrigerant as a refrigerant composition capable of providing a targeted composition by accelerating chemical reactions of impurities existing within a refrigerant or compound.SOLUTION: A device 100 for reconstituting impurities included within a refrigerant as a refrigerant composition includes: a main body 110 possessing a cylindrical trunk unit 110a and terminal wall units 110b and 110c closing both edge portions of the cylindrical trunk unit 110a; and a tubular unit wherein one terminal side thereof is fitted to the terminal wall unit 110c and wherein the other terminal side thereof is positioned within the main body 110 while extending along the central axis of the trunk unit 110a toward the terminal wall unit 110b. An aperture H1 for introducing a refrigerant is formed on the main body 110. The inner surface of the trunk unit 110a is furnished with a spiral groove 116 extending spirally in relation to the central axis thereof at least on the aperture H1 side thereof.
