PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that ink enters a damper chamber from an air release passage and damper performance is reduced.SOLUTION: A damper chamber 35 that faces a filter lower common liquid chamber 25 sandwiching a damper area 24 is formed at an end side in a direction perpendicular to a nozzle arrangement direction of a channel plate 3. Air release passages 42a, 42b for releasing the damper chamber 35 to the air (communicating with the air) are respectively provided at both ends in the nozzle arrangement direction of the damper chamber 35. The air release passages 42a, 42b are both opened to the air at end surfaces in the direction perpendicular to the nozzle arrangement direction of the channel plate 3. At each wall surface of the air release passages 42a, 42b and the damper chamber 35, a water repellent film 51 having a liquid repellent property is deposited. |
