PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrostomy catheter capable of reducing resistance at the time of insertion or extraction of the catheter as much as possible by making the internal fixing part deformable even at the time of its extraction with high reliability in reproducibility and operation.SOLUTION: A gastrostomy catheter according to the present invention comprises: a flexible tube having a first lumen and a second lumen; and an expandable and contractable balloon provided at a distal end of the flexible tube. The gastrostomy catheter further includes balloon extension means comprising: a reception part provided further away from the tip end of the balloon, on an extended line of an axis of the first lumen; and pulling means which distally presses the reception part when the balloon is in a contracted state, so as to distally extend the balloon, and consequently to make the external diameter of the balloon smaller than when it is in the contracted state. |
