PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-cosmetic sheet, even when a powder cosmetic has a little amount of oil solution or the powder cosmetic has a little content of high-viscosity oil solution, being less prone to be removed and having an excellent removal property of cosmetic and having similar use feeling to that of an actual power cosmetic.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a powder-cosmetic sheet including a sheet material and a powder cosmetic provided on the sheet material, comprises steps of: preparing a sheet material including a fiber, having a surface to be provided with at least the powder cosmetic, having a resin, and capable of impregnating isoparaffin; and applying or spraying a composition including the powder cosmetic and a volatile solvent for swelling or lysing the resin, on the surface of the sheet material, volatilizing the volatile solvent and fixing the powder cosmetic on the sheet material. |
