PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle dough kneading device that prevents the sticking of noodle dough to a side plate from growing and provides the noodle dough with a uniform hardness without causing a lump, by scraping it in a mass state of the soft noodle dough, even if deposited on the side plate, and facilitates maintenance without requiring a specific stirring blade.SOLUTION: A noodle dough kneading device 10 is configured by rotatably bridging and mounting a rotating shaft 30 radially provided with a plurality of stirring blades 40 at proper intervals to a side plate 23 opposite to a kneading tank 20 for kneading powder being a raw material of noodle dough by adding water thereto. The noodle dough kneading device 10 is characterized in that at least one projected stripe 25 projecting toward the stirring blade 40 is provided at the side plate 23 in a rotary optical projection range of the stirring blade 40 facing the side plate 23. |
