PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a crimp terminal capable of minimizing decrease in the manufacturing speed, when manufacturing a crimp terminal.SOLUTION: A laser welder 3 includes a laser processing head movement mechanism 62 for moving a laser processing head 61, and a feed positioning mechanism 63 for moving a before welding crimp terminal Tb. When performing the welding for the width direction Y in the before welding crimp terminal Tb, welding is performed while moving the before welding crimp terminal Tb by means of the feed positioning mechanism 63. When performing the welding for the longitudinal direction X in the welding crimp terminal Tb, welding is performed while moving the laser processing head 61 by means of the laser processing head movement mechanism 62.
