PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module that is able to set a control wavelength for a laser beam not only with high accuracy but also more flexibly.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser module 100 comprises: a semiconductor laser element 4; two or more optical filters 9, 10 having transmission characteristics periodic in the frequency of light and configured to transmit two or more laser beams, which are parts of laser beams output from the semiconductor laser element, according to the transmission characteristics; and two or more receivers 11, 12, 13 configured to receive laser beams transmitted through the corresponding two or more optical filters. The two or more optical filters have transmission characteristics of periods different not greater than 1/3 of one period. Additionally, the two or more filters are arranged such that the transmission characteristics with respect to two or more laser beams differ from one another in phase within the range of 1/3 to 1/5 of one period. |
