NICKEL FINE PARTICLE, METHOD OF USING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING NICKEL FINE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nickel fine particles having excellent dispersibility before firing them, and capable of forming a junction layer having electrical conductivity and high shear strength by firing them.SOLUTION: There are provided nickel fine particles having a content percentage of nickel hydroxide in a range of 3 to 35 wt.%, a content percentage of a carbon element in a range of 0.3 to 2.5 wt.%, a content percentage of an oxygen element in a range of 0.9 to 9.0 wt.%, and a content ratio of the carbon element to the oxygen element (the content of the carbon element/the content of the oxygen element) is in a range of over 0.1 and 0.35 or less. An average particle diameter of primary particles of the nickel fine particle is preferably in a range of 50 to 150 nm.
