PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively classify intents of a number of services while reducing affection of noise without using personal information of a user, and appropriately present the services to the user according to a classification result.SOLUTION: In an intent information processing device 2, intents are extracted from a plurality of services which are collected from Web sites, and three feature amounts representing degrees of function importance are calculated from these intents. The intents are classified on the basis of the three calculated degrees of function importance, and its result is stored in an intent importance accumulation unit 14. In a server 3, an intent presentation screen is generated on the basis of information representing the degrees of function importance of the intents stored in the intent importance accumulation unit 14, transmitted to a client terminal 4 and displayed. When a desired intent is selected from among the displayed intents, a list of services related to the intent is generated, transmitted to the client terminal 4 and displayed. |
