PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of securing convenience of a user accessing a file and security of the file.SOLUTION: A first assignment part 501 assigns a file type to files accumulated in an accumulation part (a document box 701) in accordance with a predetermined first reference. A user who requests access to files stored in the accumulation part is served as an access user. A access control part 509 sets an access permission time having a different length in accordance with the file type assigned to the requested file when the access to the files stored in the accumulation part is requested by the access user, so that the access to the requested file until the access permission time elapses. The access control part 509 terminates the access to the requested file when the access permission time elapses. |
