PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress low installation cost of an examination step by efficiently presenting an examination capability in the examination step after producing multiple types of products to be examined in common in a plurality of production steps.SOLUTION: A various type mixed production management system comprises: production lines 12a to 12e for producing different types of products to be examined in common; printers 11a to 11e each for printing an individual identification ID to a produced product by an invisible ink; a first reader 14a for reading the printed ID for each product; examination lines 16a and 16b each for performing a predetermined examination on the product of the read ID; a second reader 14b for reading the ID of the examined product; a sorter 18 for feeding the product of the ID to a corresponding packaging device (e.g., 19e); and a management device 21 which correspondingly stores an ID read by the first reader 14a and an examination result of a product of the ID, searches for the same ID as an ID read by the second reader 14b out of memories and, in the case where an examination result corresponding to the searched ID is good, instructs the packaging device (e.g., 19e) for packaging this product to the sorter 18.
