PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor element, a power conversion device, and a drive system that enable optimum drive control by reducing an electromagnetic wave interference.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device, which controls gate voltages of switching elements Q1 to Q6 to thereby cause the switching elements Q1 to Q6 to drive, includes: gate voltage detection means for detecting the gate voltages of the switching element Q1 to Q6; charge amount measurement means for measuring amounts of electric charge accumulated at gates; and gate impedance setting means for, at the time of turn-off or turn-on of the switching elements Q1 to Q6, setting gate impedances of the switching elements Q1 to Q6 based on the gate voltages detected by the voltage detection means and the electric charge amounts measured by the charge amount measurement means. |
