PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device, a lens driving method and an imaging device that enable high accuracy of a position detection to be surely maintained even with a change in an environment and the like.SOLUTION: The lens driving device comprises: displacement detection means for outputting a two-phase sine wave signal having a phase displaced at 90 degrees in accordance with a shift of a lens for a focus adjustment; correction coefficient holding means for holding a correction coefficient for use in correcting the two-phase sine wave signal; correction means for correcting amplitude and offset of the two-phase sine wave signal, using the correction coefficient; position computation means for calculating a position in an optical axis of the lens, using the two-phase sine wave signal corrected by the correction means; correction coefficient generation means for, when a condition is a predetermined condition, generating a new correction coefficient, and updating the correction coefficient held by the correction coefficient means to a new correction coefficient; and control means for, when the correction coefficient means generates the new correction coefficient, limits a movement velocity of the lens to a velocity equal to or less than a predetermined velocity. |
