PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control internal pressure of a fuel cell module 2 when activating or starting an operation of the fuel cell module 2.SOLUTION: Pressure of a drained fuel pipe 320 or differential pressure of the drained fuel pipe 320 and a fuel recirculation pipe 321 is controlled so that valve travel of an operational pressure control valve 404 becomes within a predetermined range. The pressure of the drained fuel pipe 320 is controlled by valve travel of an exhaust valve 403. The differential pressure of the drained fuel pipe 320 and the fuel recirculation pipe 321 is controlled by a revolution speed of a differential pressure control valve 409 or a blower 14. |
