PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which properly adjusts an image sensor in a height direction, and to provide an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An image pickup device includes: an image sensor 10; a substrate 20 on which the image sensor 10 is arranged; and wiring members 30 which are provided on the substrate 20 and have a predetermined height. The imaging sensor 10 is bonded contacting with the wiring members 30.
