PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core capable of improving yield of a plate to punch out a band-shaped core sheet, and preventing a tip of a claw part of a core piece from being deformed when bending the claw part.SOLUTION: A core piece of a band-shaped core sheet includes a first claw part 54 and a second claw part 55 protruding from a tip 91 of teeth 53 in the same direction as an extension direction of the teeth 53. In the case of blank layout, a clearance between the teeth 53 of the band-shaped core sheet is prevented from being narrowed by the claw parts 54 and 55 and between the teeth of the band-shaped core sheet, teeth of another band-shaped core sheet can be disposed. When a punch 87 in contact with at least a root 95 is to be rotated around a rotation axial center 89, the claw parts 54 and 55 are bent so as to fall down from the root 95 by the punch 87. Therefore, in comparison with the case where the punch is brought into contact with only the tip of the claw part, an excessive stress can be prevented from acting on the tips of the claw parts 54 and 55. |
