PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin product for an organic planarization layer with improved planarization properties, and a display device using the same.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a display device comprises: forming a plurality of signal wires on a base substrate; forming an organic layer made of a photosensitive resin product containing a high-boiling point glycol-based solvent on the signal wires; drying the organic layer to form a planarization layer; and forming a first electrode on the planarization layer.
