PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit and a control method for a battery branch of a battery system.SOLUTION: A control circuit for a battery branch of a battery system includes a relay unit, a switch unit, and a control unit. The relay unit is connected to the battery branch. The switch unit is connected in parallel with the relay unit. The control unit is connected to the relay unit and the switch unit. The control unit controls switching of the relay unit and the switch unit and selectively makes the battery branch conductive to make a branch current flow. A method of controlling a battery branch of a battery system includes the following steps of: connecting a relay unit to the battery branch, and connecting a switch unit in parallel with the relay unit; and controlling switching of the relay unit and the switch unit and selectively making the battery branch conductive to make a branch current flow. |
