PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine rotor blade row assembly capable of exerting damping effect to a plurality of vibration modes and reducing resonance stress even when a stationary blade passing frequency and a rotor blade natural frequency are agreed with each other.SOLUTION: A turbine rotor blade row assembly in which a plurality of sheets of turbine rotor blades 4 respectively having a blade portion and rotor blade tip covers 8, 9 disposed on tips of the blade portion, are fixed to a rotor 5 of a turbo machine in a rotor circumferential direction, further includes: a contact face 10 formed on a side wall face in the rotor circumferential direction, of the rotor blade tip cover and kept into contact with the adjacent rotor blade tip cover; a first vibration control member disposed on a clearance gap portion at a blade inlet side in a rotor axial direction with respect to the contact face, among the clearance gap portions respectively formed between the adjacent rotor blade tip covers, and composed of a viscoelastic body 14; and a second vibration control member disposed on the clearance gap portion at an outlet side in the rotor axial direction with respect to the contact face, among the clearance gap portions respectively formed between the adjacent rotor blade tip covers and composed of the viscoelastic body 14. |
