<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish hook that facilitates the attaching work of a ring and also is superior in strength, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An end part of a portion in a loop 5 of a fish hook 3 before quenching is widened, and a ring 6 formed by punching molding is inserted in the portion of the loop 5 from a gap 5a of the widened portion. Next, the gap 5a of the widened portion of the loop 5 is pressurized and closed. Then, the fish hook 3 with the ring 6 attached thereto is quenched. The ring 6 is attached to the flexible fish hook 3 before the quenching, so that the bending of the loop 5 can easily be performed. The ring 3 is a seamless member, and thereby a conventional welding is eliminated and its strength is improved.</p> |
