<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat radiation panel system for heating and cooling which has high degree of freedom of arrangement into a living room and is easy to take dew condensation countermeasures, in a radiation type cooling and heating system using a fence-like radiation panel made of plastic resin.SOLUTION: Within a range divided by both side pillars 71 of fastening frame 7 vertically disposed over a ceiling surface 9 from a floor surface 8, an upper part of the fence-like radiation panel 2 made of plastic resin having poor shape retention is hung and retained while regulating front and back movement and right and left movement with a hanging metal fittings 30 arranged between both side pillars 71, the front and back movement and the right and left movement are regulated by a fastening metal fitting 34 which fastens a lower part of the fence-like radiation panel 2 to both side pillars 71, and dew condensation water produced from the whole fence-like heat radiation panel system is safely collected by a drain pan 4 arranged on the lower surface of the fence-like radiation panel 2.</p> |
