PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab for a construction machine that allows the opening/closing of a door with a simple operation and prevents operator's fingers/hands from being pinched while the door opens/closes, and a construction machine with the same.SOLUTION: A handle 2 is supported into a hollow tube 1 movably in a direction in which it is pushed to a hollow space 1e side. A hole 1a to the hollow space 1e in the hollow tube 1 has a first hole portion 1c at one end 2aa of a root portion 2a that extends along a longitudinal direction L of the hollow tube 1 and a second hole portion 1b that extends from the first hole portion 1c to the other end 2ab side in a longitudinal direction L. A dimension W2b in a width direction W of a grip 2b of the handle 2 is larger than a dimension W2a in the width direction W of the root portion 2a of the handle 2 and larger than a dimension W1a in the width direction W of the second hole portion 1b.
