PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency band allocation system for avoiding radio wave interference between radio communication nodes.SOLUTION: Each radio communication node includes: an interference detection task 11 for detecting radio wave interference; an interference frequency identification task 12 for identifying a frequency of the radio wave interference detected by the interference detection task 11; a frequency use situation presentation task 14 for presenting frequency use situation information including interference information including information on another radio communication node causing radio wave interference and communication information including currently used frequency band, to the other radio communication node; a frequency use situation acquisition task 15 for acquiring frequency use situation information from another surrounding radio communication node; and a frequency allocation task 18 for selecting and allocating a frequency band so as to avoid radio wave interference on the basis of the frequency use situation information of the radio communication node and the frequency use situation information of the other radio communication node acquired by the frequency use situation acquisition task 15.
