The present invention relates to a gas cooking appliance and, specifically, to a gas cooking appliance capable of being installed easily. The gas cooking appliance according to the present invention comprises a main body forming the exterior of the gas cooking appliance; a cooktop part installed in the upper half part of the main body, and having a cooktop burner for cooking food; an oven part positioned at the lower side of the cooktop part, and having an oven burner for cooking the food; a control valve distributing a gas, which flows through a main gas pipe guiding the gas to the inner space of the main body, to a cooktop gas pipe and an oven gas pipe; an opening and closing lever mounted on the control valve, and opening and closing the cooktop gas pipe; and an operation restraining part restraining the operation of the opening and closing lever, wherein the cooktop gas pipe guides the gas to the cooktop burner, and the oven gas pipe guides the gas to the oven burner. According to the present invention, the gas cooking appliance can be easily installed and can have reduced malfunctions after installed. |
