摘要 The present invention relates to a precast concrete girder for building construction, in which the bottom surface is formed with a recessed portion having a given area in a center portion, from a position spaced apart from a front end by a given distance to a position spaced apart from a rear end by a given distance, thereby easily loading the precast concrete girder on a vehicle to transport it to the site for constructing the building, and in which there is no exposed portion from the bottom surface of a ceiling after construction of an inter-floor slab is finished, so that the height of the building is not increased, and the precast concrete girder is easily applied to a high rise building to increase cost reducing effects if there is finishing construction for the ceiling. In the precast concrete girder of the present invention, the bottom surface of a front end or rear end is seated on the top surface of an extended portion of PC posts which are installed in horizontal and vertical directions at regular intervals on an upper area of a base bottom formed by curing the concrete on an excavated ground to construct the building. Shear reinforcing bars arranged in rows at both sides protrude upwardly from the top surface, and the shear reinforcing bars protrude at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction. The center of the bottom surface is provided with a recessed portion in the longitudinal direction.
