The system has a releasable buoy (3), and a receiving system connected to the releasable buoy to receive hertzian signals. A transmission unit i.e. modem, is provided between the buoy and a submarine (1). A video module (5) is ejected from the buoy. The video module includes a video camera and a hertzian transmission system arranged toward the buoy. A processing unit processes signals from the camera for exploitation of video in the submarine. The buoy includes a communication module for communication with the submarine through a cable (2).
