The present invention relates to composition which contains collagen as an active ingredient for maintaining an effect of filler for a long period of time. The composition contains 0.01-50 wt% of collagen peptides with respect to the total weight of the composition. The collagen peptides contain collagen tripeptide Gly-X-Y. According to the present invention, the composition can promote synthesis of hyaluronic acid and can inhibit activity of hyaluronidase.
