The sill has a seepage water drainage opening (12) formed in a reception section (1) of a closing element. A slope adjacent section comprises a seepage water storage part (16). A seepage water passage (15) is drained between the drainage opening and the storage part. A valve (20) is arranged at an outer side of a stored water building. The valve includes an elastic blade (21) that is fixed at an outer side of a basic wall (17). A drainage water suction orifice (19) is formed in the basic wall of the storage part. An independent claim is also included for a closing element sill draining method. |
