Disclosed is a portable ship ballast water purifying device using activated electrons and ions. The portable ship ballast water purifying device using activated electrons and ions according to an embodiment of the present invention serves as a portable ship ballast water purifying device that purifies ballast water stored in a storing tank of a ship and re-feeds the same to the storing tank and comprises: a housing that has an internal space and forms the exterior of the ballast water purifying device; a pump that is prepared in the housing and is connected with the storing tank through a pipe that is pre-formed in the storing tank or a separated pipe so as to discharge the ballast water that is stored in the storing tank to the outside in order to be transferred along a ballast water transferring line; an electron generating unit that is prepared in the housing so as to electrically discharging air in order to be activated with electrons and ions which are then discharged to the outside; and an electron and ion aeration unit that is prepared to be able to be taken out from the housing so as to be provided with and mix both the ballast water that is transferred along the ballast water transferring line and the activated electrons and ions that are discharged from the electron generating unit and provide a path for re-supplying the same into the storing tank. By means of the embodiment of the present invention, a user can carry the ship ballast water purifying device and conveniently connect the same to existing ballast water storing tanks of a ship without installing a new separate purifying device, so that ballast water can be rapidly purified. |
