PURPOSE: A rubber composition for air intake hose is provided to reduce costs, to improve work environment, and to satisfy negative pressure property, vibration and oil resistances required for an air intake hose. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for air intake hose comprises an ethylene-propylene-diene 175 phr containing oil as a base rubber; FEF 40~50 phr, MT black 80~90 phr and HAF 40~50 phr as an inorganic filler; paraffin oil 45~50 phr and ester oil 35~ 45 phr as a plasticizer; dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide 0.5~1.0 phr, zinc di-nbutyldithiocarbamate 0.5~0.9 phr, zinc diethyldithiocarbamate 0.5~1.0 phr and octadesil trimethyl ammonium bromide 1.5~2.5 phr as a vulcanization accelerator;α-dimethylbenzyl-diphenylamine 1.5~2.5 phr, M2- mercaptobenzoimidazole 1.5~2.5 phr and polymerized trimethyl dihydroquinoline 1.5~2.5 phr as an antiaging agent; and sulfur 0.3~0.7 phr as a cross-linking agent. |
