The dryer (1) has an elongated tubular body (2), which is open at end of an air outlet (4) and includes a peripheral air inlet (6) at a rear end (5) opposite to the outlet. A fan unit (10) is provided in the body, and includes an electric motor (16) rotatively driving a rotor (11) located in a work chamber. The motor is located in downstream of the rotor along an air circulation direction. A suction duct (13) is provided between the air inlet and the chamber, where axial length of the duct is greater than or equal to an internal diameter (Da) of suction slot (26) of the rotor. |
