The present invention relates to a composition to prevent or treat circulatory disorders and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition or a health supplement which includes arginyl-fructosyl-glucose (AFG) as an active ingredient and is effective to prevent or treat circulatory disorders such as arteriosclerosis or hyperlipidemia. The composition including the AFG reduces the concentration of blood cholesterol and neutral fat in order to prevent thrombopoiesis which is a main complication of the arteriosclerosis and improves hyperlipidemia, thereby the composition including the AFG can suitably be used to prevent or treat various circulatory disorders which includes arteriosclerosis and hyperlipidemia. |
