The present invention relates to a composition to treat heart diseases containing Pseudomonas aeruginosa-derived polypeptide involved in the promotion of expressing a bradykinin receptor and, more specifically, to a composition to treat the side effects for diabetes, hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, or myocardial infarction, containing the Pseudomonas aeruginosa-derived polypeptide involved in the promotion of expressing the bradykinin receptor; and to a method to screen a treatment agent using the Pseudomonas aeruginosa-derived polypeptide. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa-derived PA3807 (nucleoside diphosphate kinase (Ndk); SEQ ID NO: 1) is involved in the regulation of expressing the bradykinin receptor which performs an important action on the regulation of inflammatory responses in various diseases, thus being useful in screening treatment agents for various diseases. |
