Disclosed are a microwave RF rectifier which receives an input of a microwave RF alternating current signal to output a constant DC signal, and a rectification method. The present invention is configured to provide an offset voltage required to offset the threshold voltage of two or more first transistors contained in the main rectifier in an auxiliary rectifier, and to rectify the microwave AC voltage into the DC voltage in the main rectifier.
