Disclosed are an electric car line and a manufacturing method thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, a tangential-type confirm extrusion method is applied instead of an electroplating method or a molten plating method so as to clad tin or tin-zinc on a wire for an electric car. Therefore, apparatus for manufacturing the electric car line can be compact. Moreover, a plurality of devices required by the prior method, such as pretreatment devices for preheating, degreasing, and cleaning, and post-treatment devices such as cleaning and drying are eliminated from a process. Therefore, a problem of excessive production space can be solved, and the speed of production can be increased by reducing chemical reaction time for plating. In addition, a wire drawing process is performed after a cladding process is finished. Consequently, the surface of the wire is sleek; the thickness of an outer cover is uniform; and problems, occurring during the prior process due to softening, such as reduction of the tensile strength of finished products or hardness below the standard can be prevented in advance. |
