The present invention relates to an ion resin tower for recovering precious metals. The present invention comprises a precious metal recovery container with a strip-like suspending end (110) including a protrusion (111) and a groove (112) on the circumference of inner upper and lower surfaces ; a circulation pump for receiving liquid waste containing precious metals from an undiluted solution tank and circulating the liquid water to the undiluted solution tank via the precious metal recovery container; a pipe member which connects the precious metal recovery container and the undiluted solution tank; and an LED lamp which is mounted on the pipe member connected to the lower side of a supply and discharge pipe vertically and is connected to a power source. A dimming unit with transparent acrylic window and a valve mounted on the pipe member are formed on the front surface of the LED lamp.
