The present invention relates to a method for a hyphal culture of Sparassis crispa hypha and, more specifically to a method for a hyphal culture of a Sparassis crispa hypha using an LED light which artificially cultures the hypha using the LED light to not only enabling a mass production compared with before, but also enable preventing propagation of blue mold, so as to artificially cultivate Sparassis crispa of a high quality. |
