The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of glycyrrhiza-chewing gum and glycyrrhiza-chewing gum manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing glycyrrhiza-chewing gum by mixing 20-37 weight% of gum base, 60-77 weight% of saccharide with 2-5 weight% of glycyrrhiza extracts. According to the present invention, a high value-added gum can be manufactured for preventing cavity due to high antimicrobial activity.
