A spiral torsion spring (23) pivots the frame towards an adjustable stop (24). A lateral stop integrated to the frame forms a projection towards a bottom and contacts the table at the end of edge movement so as to force the pivoting movement of the frame, where the pivoting movement is carried around a rotation axis joined with a longitudinal cutting edge (9) of knife (4) or situated at a less distance from the knife, against an action exerted by the spring.
